Brad Hillstrom, M.D. is co-founder and Chairman of Board of vMocion, where he advises management on strategy regarding corporate structure, funding structure, and science and technology.

His primary role is to build cross-functional working relationships to achieve integration and alignment with internal and external partners. Dr. Hillstrom is a Mayo Clinic-trained physician who spent his career developing and managing companies in the healthcare arena, as well as non-medical ventures in Internet advertising, electronic advertising technology, and the entertainment industry. As a consultant to healthcare companies nationwide, he advised state and federal government leaders on healthcare reform. He has also acted as a healthcare operating partner for a hedge fund and has been a principal in merger & acquisition transactions.

 

In 1988, Dr. Hillstrom successfully pioneered one of the first national management services organization (MSO) for physicians, while still a resident at Mayo Clinic. He also founded several successful, physician-driven organizations and served on many boards, including the Board of Governors of the University of Minnesota Hospitals and Clinics, The Board of Governors of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and The Mayo Clinic Joint Conference Committee. Dr. Hillstrom received his B.A. magna cum laude in psychology from The University of Minnesota, and his M.D. from The University of Minnesota Medical School.

Bradley Hillstrom is the co-founder and CEO of vMocion, where he oversees the development of the company’s marketing, vision, guiding principles, and strategy.

Prior to vMocion, Bradley co-founded and led Transparent Media Company, a film finance company. Bradley also served as President of Hillstrom Equities and Hillstrom Entertainment, where the companies reached notable success in the technology, entertainment, and healthcare sectors under his leadership. He played an integral role in developing innovative financing structures and backend technologies that created both profitability and efficiency within each organization. In addition to spearheading the company’s corporate development activities and digital initiatives, Mr. Hillstrom closely managed the legal and business aspects of each transaction that occurred.

Bradley served in the Unites States Marine Corps, where he built upon his natural leadership abilities, innate focus, discipline, and commitment. He served in multiple theatres of combat from 2003-2007 and was a member of F.A.S.T. Company (Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Teams) for two tours of duty. Additionally, he was a member of the 2nd Battalion 8th Marine Regiment where he was awarded a medal for bravery in combat.

Daniel Reineck has over 20 years of hands on accounting, financial and operational experience with public and private companies ranging from start-up to multinational corporations. He has served as CFO and a series of senior finance positions at a verity technology companies, at one company the annual run rate grew from $50 to $200M during his tenure. He has significant international experience, including living in Switzerland for 3 years as CFO and managed cross-functional teams spanning China, UK, Germany, Switzerland and the US.
Daniel has extensive experience in M&A, financial planning, processes and controls, financial reporting, ERP implementations and corporate financing totaling $150M+ which included secondary offerings, A & B-rounds, debt, venture and institutional financing. Recently he prepared a company for a $200M IPO and assisted an owner in a $120M cash sale of a Biotech Company. He has a history of partnering with sales, administration, operations, legal and tax to develop cross business alliances, with a history of implementing improvements to processes and achieving significant cost reductions through negotiation, research, process redesign and enhancements. Daniel’s background includes Big 4 CPA (Deloitte) and holds a MS in Accounting and a BBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University.

Prior to working with vMocion, Cristofer advised high growth clients on product and personnel strategies during projects ranging from product launch, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to structuring for global expansion and complex M&A integration. With an advanced problem solving and ideation skillset, Cristofer is critical in helping vMocionTM identify opportunities and structure for growth. Prior to consulting, Cristofer worked in private equity and finance - analyzing investment opportunities, leading due diligence exercises, and structuring deals.  

Cristofer is an active member in the emerging technology community and mentors early stage startups. Cristofer graduated from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business with a degree in Business Administration and focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Randy brings a wealth of experience and relationships to vMocion across multiple industries including aerospace & defense, entertainment, high-technology manufacturing, automotive, biotech, and consumer products. Randy’s impressive client list includes such corporations as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Sony, Disney, Mattel, Amgen, Genentech, Toyota, Honda, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, and Motorola Electronics.
